Visual Identity Redesign
Branding a multi-speciality hospital, on a mission of adding hospitality back into the hospital experience.

Sunshine Hospitals, a multi-super specialty institution, is led by the globally renowned Joint Replacement Surgeon, Dr. AV Gurava Reddy, along with like-minded associates who share the common goal of delivering world-class healthcare that is available, affordable, and accessible to all. With the recent expansion of their facilities in Gachibowli, they aimed to enhance their brand promise of providing a personalised experience to patients, from admission to discharge. Our project involved branding the new version of the hospital.
Through our discussions with the client, we discovered that their key vision revolves around infusing warmth into the hospital experience, which is also reflected in their choice of the name "Sunshine" for the hospital. To capture this essence, we decided to develop a visual identity inspired by sunlight, along with a verbal identity that effectively conveys the brand's commitment to providing a welcoming and warm experience.
During the process of developing the visual identity, we experimented with sunlight and paper cutouts. This experimentation led to the creation of captivating interplays between shadows and light. We successfully translated the essence of a soft, radiant sunshine into a digital representation. This innovative approach yielded the logo and brand language that now form an integral part of their visual identity, emanating a distinct warmth.
