Visual Identity redesign for a small roadside Egg Store in Karol Bagh, Delhi. It was created as a part of project Indianama 2018.

BRIEF
Indianama is a project undertaken by Studio Animal. In 2018, they collaborated with selected designers and paired them with small-scale shop/business owners to conceptualise, design, and establish identity systems for the businesses. I had the opportunity to work with Arora Egg Store as my assigned partner for this project.
INSIGHTS
Taking into account the small scale of the store and its storefront, my decision was to develop a visually impactful, attention-grabbing, and self-explanatory visual identity. Additionally, for the verbal identity I drew inspiration from the popular and somewhat cheesy WhatsApp jokes that resonate with the Indian masses.
SOLUTION
The logo cleverly merged the imagery of eggs with the name "Arora." Interestingly, the yolk coincidentally aligned perfectly within the negative spaces of each letter, resulting in a seamless logotype. To add a touch of humour, amusing egg-related quotes were incorporated into the design as well.
