Branding an Indian Fintech Startup on a mission to change the way you look at your business numbers. Numberz got acquired by a Subscription management SaaS firm Chargebee in Feb 2022.

Previously known as 'Get Fiscal’, the startup was listed amongst the top 20 fintech startups in India in 2016. Numberz offers a simple way to recognise the cash-flow gaps and then fix those gaps by advancing payments against your unpaid invoices – through a SaaS platform. With the new name, Numberz needed a new visual identity.


The new name allowed us to create a simple and witty visual identity with the way we represent money-related numbers. Due to the scale and ambitions of the company, we needed an agile logo design that could mould to different screen sizes and mediums without having to worry about the exactness. It needed to be easily replicable yet identifiable.


We used the Indian currency denomination to write the company name. This style of writing created a simple yet strong logotype that communicated finance. We used this idea to create a loader animation, an app icon, a text-able logo, and brand communication. The resulting system was bold and performant.
